Returns and Refunds

● You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
● The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
● To start a return, contact us at contact@crownroyalgroup.com with your order number.

Refund Process

● Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
● We process refunds within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
● Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
● Return shipping costs are your responsibility (except in cases of error on our part).

Exceptions (Non-Refundable Items)

● Personalized, custom-made, or perishable products.
● Digital downloads, gift cards, or software.
● Final sale items (clearly marked as such).

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact Crown Royal immediately at contact@crownroyalgroup.com. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
